How We Work with Companies for Candidate Hiring (Process)

  1. Tailored Candidate Shortlisting:
    • Candidates are assigned based on the JD shared by the company and their skills and experience.
    • A filtered list of potential hires is prepared using Prabita HR Expert’s database.
    • A shared drive link containing the candidate CVs is created for easy access by the company’s HR and recruitment team.
  2. Payment as per MOU Terms:
    • Once candidates are selected, the agreed-upon commission payment is made to the Prabita Connect account as per the margin specified in the MOU.
  3. Agreement & MOU Signing:
    • Both parties carefully review and sign the MOU, outlining the terms of collaboration.
    • The signed agreement is communicated via official company email IDs for transparency and professionalism.
  4. Data Sharing & Vacancy Fulfillment:
    • After signing the MOU, the signed document is sent to infocare@prabitaconnect.com.
    • We begin sourcing candidates from our comprehensive database.
    • A selection of candidates that match the requirements is curated and shared via a shared folder drive link.
  5. Candidate Replacement/Refund Policy:
    • If a placed candidate leaves within 180 days of joining, Prabita Connect will replace the candidate at no additional charge or provide a refund as per the MOU conditions.
  6. Interview Process & Tracking:
    • Once your HR team receives the CVs, they are responsible for contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
    • Feedback and interview results are recorded in a shared Excel sheet for tracking.
